« La réception s'est faitede manière rapide et efficace. L'hotel est bien situé près des restaurants. Cependant il est situé très près d'une voie ferrée et des trains passent régulièrement et crient directement en face de l'hotel. La chambre était propre. Le lit était inconfortable et craque de partout à chaque mouvement. Le petit déjeuner est correct. »

« No hot water in the evening, not more in the morning! hot tub not working! The person at the frontdesk tried to help but was alone to deal with an almost full hotel! Management puts no ressources, change business if you can't run a big hotel! »

« Complexe hôtelier moderne légèrement à l’extérieur de Leavenwort à proximité d’une grand surface ( tjrs utile pour refaire le plein de victuailles sur un Road trip.) Chambre très spacieuse et confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires. On s’y sent bien pour une soirée étape. Petit déjeuner inclus , pas spécialement mauvais mais industriel. Et à 8h00 du matin , beaucoup de monde. En résumé, il peut y avoir des hôtels mieux placés sur Leavenworth mais celui a des atouts et reste à un prix...

« Absolutely everything about our stay was wonderful. First, the front desk staff when responsive and made us feel very welcome! (We were also the guest of the week & gave us snacks for our room!) Second, our room was constantly cleaned and had everything we needed. Next, I appreciated the adult only times after 9pm in the pool and hot tub! The gym was also very well stocked, except we couldn't get the tvs to work. Lastly, the food accommodations and clean up/stocking staff was excellent! ...

« The room on the first floor was dark and dank. It smelled like old cigarettes. The staff changed our room to the third floor immediately. Same room layout with a very comfortable king bed. Room was very nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly and polite. The only thing I would caution is that there are no elevators. So that could be hard for someone older. We would stay there again, just not on the first floor. »

« The rooms were spacious, clean and modern great for a family of 4 with a sink in the bathroom and another in the main area. The pool was chilly but it was hot so it felt nice, there is no jacuzzi. Breakfast was ok, boiled egg, fruit, toast or waffles to make. Affordable great deal. »
