There\`s also a lively local pub just across the road that features live music on some evenings, usually wrapping up around 10:30pm. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has a wardrobe space for your luggage and is equipped with a split system AC for both heating and cooling. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You may need to restock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you\`re craving a home-cooked meal. The kitchen is equipped with: \- fridge/freezer \- stovetop \- microwave \- oven \- crockery and cutlery We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix account. Note that we don\`t provide Netflix, and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. Registered service animals are exempt where required by law. 3\. Cleaning \- The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning and linen. Please leave the property in a reasonable and tidy condition. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges (minimum $50). 4\. Registered Guests Only \- Only the guests listed on the booking may stay at the property. If you are booking on behalf of others (e.g., business or government travel), please let us know in advance. 5\. No Parties or Events \- Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. The number of guests must not exceed the number booked. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after this time. Breaches may result in cancellation of the stay and a $2,000 penalty. 6\.
