I did ask them to clean my room once while we were gone. At least remake the bed like clean sheets, and they did not do that, but everything else was very amazing."

"The sheets had holes in them and were stained. The floor was dirty. The window had air coming in it all night and whistled. The bathroom light quit working in the middle of the night. The trash receptacles in front of the building were both overflowing with trash on the ground."

"The staff was nice and they offered a good breakfast.The rooms are really dated and ours was not cleaned properly. When we turned on the shower, dirty water backed up in the tub from the drain. There was also hair in the sink when we arrived and the toilet was not clean."
