"I stayed for one week. The hotel staff made sure i felt special and welcomed. The hotel had so many wonderful amenities. I used the pool and had a lovely lunch overlooking the pool area. The staff was kind enough to help me navigate getting to the bus station. Wonderful stay i would come back again. "

"Perfect stay if your into gym and fitness. Room is above average near superior quality 8.0/10. Needs a pod coffee machine to elevate it. The amenities and service was great in CBD district as well making the travel options virtually endless. Bus station right outside. Metro 1min walk. Where this hotel is S tier is the gym and machines area. Have great machine selection and also a pendulum keg machine which is rare for hotel gyms. Hammer strength machines and smith machine as well. Dumbbells only go to 30kgs Free Parking for 1car as well Will only stay here next trip to Busan."

"The airport transfer service is on time. Cherry blossom in full bloom walking distance from the hotel. Room is big with 2 washing area. However, not much dinning option within walking distance and the bathroom is translucent (not only the door but also the whole area above bath tub) beside the bed so when you leave the bathroom lights on at night the room is actually quite bright."

"The hotel is really nice… but I wish I knew a couple factors before I booked because I wouldn’t have booked it. The hotel is pretty nice and the staff is pretty responsive. My issue was that the amenities were all down. Like the sauna or the pool. Also the convenience store inside of the hotel is not 24/7. Our room heating system was broken. It would not turn off the heat so we had to ask the staff to completely turn it off in our room. Also, A/C wasn’t an option as they shut down that option since it’s still considered “winter”. But they were kind enough to bring us a fan… and btw, you can see inside of the bathroom from your room (thankfully there are blinds). For a brand like Shilla, I felt really let down."

"My 1st time in Busan & glad that I booked this hotel. It is very convenient with many eateries, GS25 convenience shops nearby. It is very close to Lotte Mall too. The breakfast selection isn’t great and I’m glad that we didn’t booked the room with breakfast. I would definitely book this hotel again if I’m going to Busan."
