« We had a great experience right from the beginning the communication was great the place was lovely and was just what we needed for my hubby and I and 2 teens, location was great. Only thing that could be improved is the wifi very patchy and sometimes did not work at all but still 5 star stay, definitely recommend this place, and will stay again next time we are in Christchurch!!! »

« I don’t generally like to write negative reviews but after reading all the 5 stars review in felt I should share my experience. We had room 62\. The view was nice the room was like in the picture. But the state of the room was terrible, the carpet was full of holes and stain the space between the bed and the wall was about 6 inches you have to crawl sideways. There was a dirty rag left on the bathroom floor but the cleaning people. For 300$ NZD for the night we were not expecting a 5 star...

« Clean space, lots of blankets heaters etc for when it’s cold and a room cooler for when it’s hot. Comfortable stay. Quite close to other bnb sites which I didn’t realise, no noise from other guests whoever so overall pleasant stay. »
