Excellent place to stay
I stayed here for 2 night and felt like it was home from home! The accommodation was clean and I had everything I needed, the breakfast was delicious and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful! I will be staying here again when I return to Penzance and would definitely recommend to friends snd family. Robert Lonergan

The view from the dining room and the guests lounge were breathtaking. The room that we were allocated wasn't very comfortable. We weren't able to pick a room, we were allocated it when I paid via Expedia. We couldn't pass each other in the room, one person had to either squeeze into the corner or stand on the bed so as to allow the other to pass. There were other rooms available that were larger, but we were told that we had picked our room when we booked. Which wasn't true. The female owner was very rude to my wife on the 1st morning of our stay in the dining room in front of other guests. My wife took our empty plates and placed them on the table that the owner was using to put out the breakfasts for us to collect ourselves. There was no table service. My wife done this, thinking that she was being helpful and to clear our table. But the owner told her not to put the plates on the table and to leave them cluttering our table. Her tone was very abrupt and rude, especially in front of other guests. There was a small ice maker by the front door, but it rarely had any ice in it. The gate that allowed you to enter the garden was stiff to open, and once opened there was a very dangerous raised manhole. The garden wasn't illuminated which made entering it even more dangerous. In all, our stay wasn't as pleasant as we were hoping. And we would never book to stay there again or recommend it to anyone

Lovely little guest house
Comfortable stay in this lovely little guest house, with friendly accommodating service, good facilities, great view and in a good location for exploring the local area. Would stay again.

Great B&B
Lynda and Rob are really accommodating, good service and lovely breakfast and maintained to a good standard. The guest lodge is situated well if you want to go off for the day with free parking on site. The guest house is near the top of a steep hill so you either get a good workout or need to get the bus/ taxi back which are both easily accessible.

The Panorama has beautiful views over the bay with the best views from the dining room. My room was very clean and the bed very comfy. The owner was very attentive and courteous. The cooked breakfast was tasty. I would certainly visit again
