Your vacation begins in this 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom beach front condo located in Tower 1 on the second floor. The master suite has a king size bed, TV, jetted bathtub/shower in the master bathroom and private balcony access. The middle guest bedroom has a NEW queen size bed, TV and all new furnishings as well as its own private balcony. The front guest bedroom has 2 full size beds, TV and DVD player. The spacious guest bathroom located in the hall for both guest bedrooms to share has a tub/shower combo. With a fully equipped kitchen, you can be sure to be able to prepare your favorite meals, or grab some seafood from our local seafood markets to take back and enjoy. Dining table has seating for 6 and the breakfast bar has 2 stools, or take a step out to your balcony and take in the majistic view of the Gulf while dining. All units include cable, WIFI, and full size washer and dryer. The property offers 800 feet of private beach, 2 pools, hot tub, full size tennis/pickleball court, fitness center, grill and picnic areas, and private parking in the gated community. No smoking or pets allowed on property.
