  • Sandy Key is the perfect place to enjoy family fun year after year in this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo located in Tower 1. Without a pool between this building and the beach you can enjoy the luxury of a full view of the Gulf while still having easy access to all the amenities. The master suite features a King size bed, HDMI TV, painted murals, gorgeous views of the Gulf, sliding glass door to the beach facing balcony, and an attached bathroom with walk-in shower and granite double sink vanity. The guest bedroom has 2 full sized beds and TV to accommodate additional couples or the children in your family. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The fully equipped kitchen featuring beautiful granite counter tops is the perfect place for the chef of the family to prepare a wonderful seafood meal. Dining room seats 6 at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar. Besides a spectacular view of the Gulf and easy access to the private balcony, the living room also offers a large sofa with a Smart TV. All units include cable, WIFI, and full size washer and dryer. The property offers 800 feet of private beach, 2 pools, hot tub, full size tennis court, fitness center, grill and picnic areas, and private parking in the gated community. No smoking or pets allowed on property.
