Tired of old, battered and worn kitchens and bathrooms? Ours are new. Kitchen fully stocked too, from muffin and cookie sheets and pans to margarita and martini glasses. Aggravated after opening the door and finding dirty tiles and/or smelly carpets? We have new tile throughout; clean and bright. Our bedding and linen is high quality, always clean and fresh. Navarre Beach is a unique location offering beautiful white sandy beaches and the clear emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico. It is a barrier island unspoiled by commercial development. The Navarre Beach Regency is a preferred location on the island. The Regency has the largest heated pool and the largest Gulf front balconies on Navarre Beach. The Regency boasts 400 feet of beach which makes our beach the least congested. There is plenty of beach so you will not feel crowded as you relax or play. A few steps to the north across Gulf Boulevard, you will find the serene waters of the Santa Rosa Sound, our inter-coastal waterway. Unit 412 is a corner unit with 1520 square feet of living area and three west-facing windows. These end unit windows provide a stream of sunlight as well as additional water views. I really liked that they had security and a place to keep your beach items downstairs. I absolutely loved the view from the balcony. Loved the location of the unit on the end and four floors up from the pool. The view of the water is breathtaking from both the living room and master bedroom. Spent alot of time on the huge balcony just watching the ocean and listening to the sounds. Great dolphin watching too! Kids had a blast collecting sandollar pieces and shells in the ocean. The only disappointment of the vacation was the seaweed during the first days of our visit but we had fun in the ocean anyway (: followed by jellyfish on our last 2 days but you can't control mother nature. Balcony was completely useless on arrival and would be for our whole stay. Thomas was great and offered to refund our money. I would rent from Thomas again no problem but I will not be using VRBO anymore as of right now they are keeping part of our money this is no fault of Thomas or me. Very well stocked with new pots, pans and dishes. Plenty of towels. Liked the unit end location. Easy access to beach and pool. Would recommend this unit at the Regency. Would like to stay there in the future. Two things we did not like: The cleaning people could do a better job at cleaning. Found sand on floor and in the bed in both bedrooms. Had to shake out the sheets the first night. Not sure why? Plus sheets did not properly fit the mattress in master. Botton sheet kept coming off. Counters in kitchen not throughly cleaned. Sliding doors to the balcony were very hard to open. ##### David S. We had such a great Spring Break week on Navarre Beach in this unit. It helped that the weather was perfect, but this condo and the location were top notch. My family gives both 5 stars. The unit was clean, spacious, and well laid out. The master and the living area are on the water, which we love because that's the best sound in the world to fall asleep to. Every utensil you might need was available in this unit. With several grocery stores and Walmart and Target down the road, we were able to make great meals and eat on the balcony, watching the waves rolling in. We found restaurants to try, also, but enjoyed eating in and then shining for crabs with the kids after dark. The pool was heated and large enough for long laps or playing with the kids. The beach was right there and we saw dolphins every day. The kids loved that! The beds were comfortable, the tvs have satellite and dvd players. The laundry room was spacious and useful with all the sand a beach vacation brings. We saw the Blue Angels, went to the Gulf Breeze Zoo, watched the kids do the dolphin encounter at the Gulfarium, got the girls beach braids, henna tattoos, went to the Hard Rock Cafe, shopped at an outlet mall, walked to the end of the pier...the list goes on an on. We had such a great time this year that we already booked this unit for Spring Break next year, while we were still on vacation this year! My teenagers and my 5 year old loved it, and my husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing time. These are the vacations my kids will talk about when they're older - priceless.
