  • C'est une maison absolument magnifique. Cette maison immaculée de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain offre un accès facile à la plage via une servitude de trottoir directement en face de la rue. Moins de 75 mètres des plages de sable blanc. Il y a aussi de superbes vues depuis le grand pont du golfe (avec vue sur l'eau) et de nombreux sièges sur le pont pour beaucoup de gens.

    Chacune des 3 chambres offre une salle de bain privée. La chambre principale offre un lit king-size et un canapé-lit et une salle de bains massive avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement et une baignoire jacuzzi à jets et une douche séparée. La deuxième chambre offre un lit king et la troisième chambre offre deux lits queen. La cuisine est bien équipée et idéalement aménagée pour recevoir, avec une table de cuisson à gaz, un four à micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur à vin, un mixeur et de nombreuses casseroles pour cuisiner à la maison. Sel, poivre et toutes les épices et assaisonnements sont déjà là.

    La grande salle est adjacente à la cuisine et offre de nombreux sièges, une cheminée à gaz et une grande télévision HD. Le salon et la salle à manger offrent un accès à la terrasse couverte et à la vue sur l'eau. Une partie de la zone fermée située sous la maison a été aménagée en salle de jeux avec table de billard et fléchettes. Il y a aussi un grand espace couvert ouvert sous la maison, idéal pour se divertir, et de nombreux sièges pour des réceptions de mariage ou des réunions plus importantes. Il y a un ascenseur qui est disponible par arrangement préalable pour les groupes de voyageurs ayant des difficultés avec les escaliers. (Dépôt supplémentaire requis, et nécessite l'approbation du propriétaire ... principalement réservé aux personnes ayant des contraintes de mobilité importantes).

Perfect vacation home for our family! Everyone had their own room with a bathroom. Easy access to the beach, great pool, and fun games like darts and pool table. The elevator and open floor plan made it wheelchair accessible for one of our family members. We would definitely recommend this stay!

This house checked all of the boxes for my family. We liked that all rooms were on the same floor and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Loved having two ovens (we utilized them both) and fully stocked kitchen. Outside had two seperate balconies to hang out and the pool got partial shade which kept the water from getting too warm. The teens played pool everyday. Easy walk to the beach.

Highly recommend this beautiful beach house! Nothing but good things to say about it. Large and comfortable spaces for our family. Plenty of room to be all together or to step away for quiet time. Everything we could want for fun at the beach was available for us to use, including 2 wagons to carry it for the short walk there! The outdoor pool was a welcome extra for, both, the kids and the adults. A really great experience! Thank you!

Close enough to the beach for a short walk with toddlers and wagons (which were provided by the owner). Loved being away from the crowds. 3 couples and 3 toddlers stayed with plenty of space. What we didn't like about it... nothing! It was perfect.

We had an amazing time - the location was perfect & the house had everything we needed and more! Lots of room and space for everyone to do their own thing - enjoy the beach, float in the heated pool, read a book on the deck or games of darts & pool. It was a once in a lifetime weekend with old friends, and the house was the icing on the cake. 10/10 recommend.

Awesome house and Tom was an excellent host. Quick and easy trips to and from the beach. The ocean view is nice from the front deck. I was hesitant not being "on the beach" but was pleasantly surprised at how close the house is to the beach. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and felt safe. The pool is great and the whole backyard felt private. The pool table is a nice little hangout spot. The house is spacious with large bedrooms. Between the house, garage, and outdoor areas my crew of 10 had lots of space to spread out as needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The wagons, chairs, and toys available for use were much appreciated. Just a great place that we hope to visit again!

Tom was amazing from day 1 when we booked. House was perfect for our big family get together where everyone felt like they had space but also had a great common area/living room inside and multiple nice sitting areas outside. Clean and comfortable bedrooms with everything you need in the kitchen. We will definitely be returning.

Great beach house. The floor plan helped make the house seem bigger, it was very well stocked and had everything you need for the beach. The area was quiet and the elevator was a blessing as we had a family member who otherwise would have had trouble with the steps. Would stay there again!

Amazing!

Such a great experience! We loved the location, there were so many extra amenities, the elevator was an added bonus, and the pool was perfect! We would absolutely stay here again! This house was perfect for our family of 11!

Better every time!

Out of many, many years of vacationing on the Panhandle, this house is our favorite place to stay. Great layout, effortless walk to the beach, elevator, nicely decorated, quiet neighborhood, and now they've added another lovely bed/bath and a divine saltwater pool. Always a pleasure to spend time here!
