We came when it was just getting dark. My wife and I tried the combo multiple time’s still would not unlock. We had to use the emergency key. From what the neighbor was saying the lockbox has been broken for a while and still it’s not fixed Second problem, bathroom sink was clogged up had to plunge it to get all the hair and everything out of it It’s not quite unclogged, but good enough to get the water to drain maybe some Drano or clean out the pipes in someway The light switch rheostat for the kitchen light knob is missing Lastly More than half the solar lights going down to the dock did not work.It’s a little dangerous when trying to navigate at night. It was very cold & very musty when we got there on Thurs. The heaters didn't work either at all or didn't put out much heat @ all. The steps getting into the cabin were very dangerous & steep.
