"Staff was kind. Room was cool. Loved the design of the spaces and the range of available amenities. The experience could’ve been awesome, but the communication and information provided was frustrating and left us confused. There’s no type of map or guide to where the different amenities are on the multiple-floor property or how to access them; how to exit to the street; or the best address to put in for an Uber (it was very confusing). I texted the concierge and asked if there was any map or list we could use to navigate and they said no. Also the hours listed for the bar/restaurant on the website and in-room information paper were inconsistent with each other and with what the bartender told us as he was closing up shop hours earlier than the listed time. These feel like simple issues to fix, so hopefully that’ll happen. I’d be happy to try staying here again, but hope the user experience is better next time."

"Everything looked very fancy and new, but it was a struggle to keep the room warm. I could change the setting to what I wanted, but then it didn't want to warm up anyway, and after I manually poked the buttons on the heating unit itself (since the wall control wasn't doing anything after a couple of hours), it finally warmed up a bit, but soon the temp dropped again."

"Clean room, polite staff, and a kitchenette. Also has a great restaurant on the top floor. You CANNOT bill to your room for the restaurant service as it isn't owned by the Marriott. Free breakfast in the lobby and 24 hour coffee. Walking distance to the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia which has multiple cuisines and drinking establishments. "
