"We told the reception we’d be there at 12pm, when we got here doors were closed we had to buzz the reception. There was a parking charge. Not a big deal however was not made aware of it on the hotels.com website. The room and hotel are dated, there was no supper service on the night we stayed. Area was fairly quiet and breakfast was adequate. Not sure if the parking garage door was ever closed overnight, it was open when we went to bed and open in the morning.
