"We loved staying here. The yard was utterly amazing. The pond was just beautiful. The general neighborhood was picture perfect. They’re beautiful parks nearby and it’s very close to the airport, Kings Island, and other fun things. The kitchen was great. The laundry room was unreal! There were spices and enough cutlery and dishes for our family of fives needs. The beds were comfortable. I do have some general notes for what could be better absolutely. That said, this is my favorite VRBO we have...

Staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and offers a beautiful modern decor. The pool was refreshing. The breakfast was excellent something for anyone’s taste.

Great hotel with one of the best comp breakfasts I’ve ever seen. Walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper maybe bring ear plugs. That’s not a hotel issue, it’s the other guests that could be more courteous.

Hotel was good and being next to the encounter made it very convenient. Rooms were good, could have just used a quick vacuum in the corners where stuff collects. Breakfast started at 6 which was great, but it wasn’t the greatest the day we were there. Would recommend staying here if doing the Ark encounter. Can stay parked there when doing the encounter instead of paying double at the encounter.

We stayed 4 nights, overall great hotel. Breakfast was good, and located close enough to the Creation Museam and the Ark Encounter.
