"when we arrived the towels was dirty and there was no internet and there allso said saterlight broken so no telly we was the only two.in hotel i compained about these things they did nothing allso air conditioning not working very its was really hot and sweaty in room "

"Excellent accommodation just off the main road of Pemuteran. Very short walk to beach and lots of options for eating, shopping near by. Accommodation was spotless, rooms surround pool and gardens which are very pretty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went on a snorkeling trip with their dive company and it was absolutely fantastic. Would definitely stay here again."
