"Breakfast was good and reliable. Hotel staff were all kind and welcoming. Housekeeping needs improvement. Upon check-in there was a used towel hanging on the back of the door in the bathroom and sand on the floor of the room. On the second day, someone came in and made the bed and took the used towels away, however there were no towels replaced. That night I went down to the front desk to get towels. Upon showering, I realized the body wash was empty, so the next day I left the front desk know. Upon returning to the room on the third day, the bed wasn’t made, but there were towels replaced. The housekeeping staff had also placed shower gel in the dispenser at the sink and hand soap in the shower. The staff working the breakfast area were amazing everyday and worked hard to make sure everything was stocked."

"Hampton Hotels gave me very good impression in the past, but this one made me very disappointed. To my surprise, the bathroom only includes one sink and doesn’t have any counter to put cups, soak and other items. I had to flush two times to clean the toilet. I woke up at midnight by click-click noise like a theft trying to open the door and later on I figured it came from the refrigerator starting. I had to turn it off the next night. The breakfast includes a few options but some foods are salty. Nobody came to room to take away the garbage. Not everything was negative, The staff in this hotel were nice and the location is close to the seaside."

"Place was clean, room was clean, bed comfy. Staff was wonderful. No breakfast, coffee only. There is a Dennys next building over. Kitchen was useful but only one person could sit and eat as there was only 1 chair. The other had to sit on the bed and eat. I had a room with 2 double beds for two people but the room had only 1 chair at the table. Would be nice if there were chairs to relax in as well."

"It’s was infested with roaches. The staff was very helpful understanding it was an entity that they cannot control and they were more than compliant with extending me a full refund even wanted to offer me another room but my thought process if they’re there they’re in other rooms as well. Thanks again to the staff. I just couldn’t stay there after that."

"Palm Suites was a great place to stay for the price. It is nothing fancy or over the top, but it had what we needed and was a good budget-friendly option. My room itself was clean and did not smell like smoke, which I really appreciated. The main downside was the strong weed smell in some of the common areas. The stairwell reeked of weed, and so did the hallway at times. My brother’s room also had an issue where they could not open the patio door because someone below them was smoking, and the smell came right in. I understand that it may be legal, but the hotel has a clear no-smoking policy, including e-cigarettes, so I do not really understand why that would be treated as an exception. Overall, I am still leaving 5 stars because it was a good stay for the price, but I do hope the smoking policy is enforced more consistently."

"Room smelled really bad and the room was dirty. Key cards kept un programming and we had to get a new one every time we returned to our hotel. Not enough towels or pillows. Housekeeping didn’t visit our room while we were away. No hangers or hooks anywhere and the TV was lame."
