Large Waterfront Home with private dock and hottub

Relax on the Dock during the day, and watch the breathtaking Sunsets and boats go by in the evening from the HOT TUB surrounded by TIKI torches. Fish or swim in the refreshing Saltwater, we provide a swim mat and endless fun. Bring your boat or rent our kayaks and visit the little islands or spend the day at a beautiful sandbar! There is a bunk house that makes the 4th bedroom with a 120" Projector. Kid and Pet Friendly! 3 miles to beaches, 10 miles to Jacksonville, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune.

Every room in this home has beautiful views. The master bedroom has one entire wall of windows from where you can see the Intracoastal waterway. Desk can also be used as an office. Kitchen is open to the dining area with a table and chairs. We provide a pack n play, a high chair, toys, & games for the little people. Our home does sit on a busy road, but once you pull in the driveway you feel completely secluded.

There is a beautiful dock in the back for your enjoyment. It is a shared dock, as we do store our boats there. If we do come by, it'll simply be to take boat. We will not hang out or intrude.

I am available anytime to make sure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. Only a text or phone call away. We provide a smart lock, so you are free to check in anytime after 4pm.

Downtown Swansboro is 1/4 mile away. If you have a boat you can drive to Swansboro, tie the boat to the dock and enjoy a delicious meal. If you pull a boat, getting into the driveway with a trailer can be a little tricky but it can be done. We have pulled our 20ft dually, even a 32ft camper in there. 3 miles to Emerald Isle beach, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. Every now and then on a King Tide the water can rise to about an inch on the driveway, but recedes quickly with the tide change.

Downtown Swansboro is 1/4 mile away and a beautiful walk or bike ride away. You can rent our small carolina skiff through boatsetter or bring your own boat and enjoy the beautiful scenery and sandbars.

The washer, dryer and 3rd full bathroom are located in the bath-house. It is a studio apartment with a screened in porch. It has a bunk bed with a full size futon under and a twin bed on top. There is a 120" Projector in the bunk house for those rainy days.
I. The washer and dryer are located in the bunk house next to the main house. It is included with your rental.
II. There is a full size futon and twin bed, Window AC unit, and full bathroom in the bath house that you are able to use. We recently installed a 120" projector screen for your enjoyment.
III. Swimming is recommended on the right side and at the end of the dock. The current is very strong at times. We require anyone 14 and under to wear life-jackets. No diving allowed. Lastly, it can get very shallow on the sides of the dock at low-tide.
