Welcome to the stunning one-bedroom condo located in Denver's vibrant LoHi neighborhood. This beautifully designed space offers a perfect blend of modern luxury and comfort, making it an ideal retreat for couples or solo travelers seeking a city getaway.  
  
With 865 square feet of thoughtfully curated living space, the loft features a spacious bedroom with a plush king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The open-concept living area, equipped with a smart TV and comfortable seating, is perfect for relaxation. Step outside to your private balcony to unwind with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the fresh air.  
  
The kitchen boasts modern appliances along with ample cooking essentials and a dining table for intimate meals.

PARKING INFORMATION  
Private, heated garage parking is available for select units at Espadin LoHi, including this one. You can reserve one dedicated garage space for an additional cost of $25 per night, providing convenient and secure parking right in the heart of Denver. Please note that street parking in this area can be limited and competitive, especially during evenings and weekends, so we recommend giving yourself a little extra time to find a spot or securing a private garage parking space ahead of time.  
  
PET-FRIENDLY POLICY  
We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. By booking with us and bringing a pet, guests agree to comply with these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.  
  
PLEASE NOTE:  
▪︎ Parking garage space can be reserved for an additional cost of $25 per night.  
▪︎ Check-out time is firm, with no exceptions. A charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out.  
▪︎ Early check-in availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival day. Bag Drop-off (in the event early check-in is not available) can be arranged beginning at 12:00 pm MST but is subject to approval.  
▪︎ Access to the mailbox is not available. Any packages delivered to a mailbox or mail room cannot be retrieved, and we cannot take responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages.  
▪︎ An additional fee of $25/night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.  
▪︎ 3D Virtual Guides/Tours are not available through Homes Villas by Marriott Bonvoy.

So convenient, spacious, clean, etc. Parking was a bit tricky one night and I would expect with additional buildings being completed it will get tougher. We will stay here again.

The location for doing anything in Downtown Denver, was superb. So many awesome places to eat, good places to hangout, local gym, and easy access to big events and venues. Our place itself was wonderful. So beautiful, outside patio balcony, 2 bathrooms, very spacious, and everything we needed! We will absolutely rent again!
