Great views
House is woefully in need of many minor repairs. Wall sockets in bedrooms need to be replaced. Most important issue is slippery bathtubs with no grab rails. One shower has see through window to outside. We had to hang a towel outside to block it. Another shower had no light, bulb needs replacing. House lighting system is puzzling…whenever anyone gets up at night the entire house lights up. Heating system is poorly designed with one bedroom getting all the heat. We loved the large gathering area in the living room. The bedding and towels were nice. But overall, I wouldn’t rent this property again.

We were pleasantly surprised at how much we loved the house. The views were breathtaking. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable. We loved every minute at this house and can't wait to return.

Fantastic ocean view
The view of the ocean is magnificent . The interior dates from 1952 when I think the house was built . Bathrooms, Floors etc are original , kitchen has been upgraded but lacks essentials , teapot , salt and pepper. Giant . christmas tree obscured view of ocean , should be in opposite corner by the window . Seating arrangement extremely uncomfortable , tiny coffee table and no side tables for drinks etc . There are no drapes on the windows only see through blinds so if you are in the bedroom with the lights on you are very visible!! The outdoor fire pit with new chairs was the best part of the house . The strange large locked room off the dining room had the lights on 24/7 . This was a big splurge for my husband’s 80th birthday and it did accommodate our whole family but don’t expect that because it’s in Pebble Beach that it will be extra special !!! The view is the only special part of this house !!

Wow, what a spectacular view!
We had 3 families with kids ranging from 2 to 18. There were plenty of beds and wonderful open areas to gather in. Best of all, though, was the spectacular ocean view, especially at sunset. Easy walk to the beach was a plus, too. I'm not going to say this was a luxury property as it's pretty dated but we'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful location
The house is in dire need of updating. The bathrooms were gross, inadequate, embarrassing for guests to use. The beds were cheap, windows all sealed shut, no chance of getting the beautiful sounds and smells of the coast. It’s a cheap house in a wonderful location. A dormitory at best, or kindly put a beach house, not a luxury rental.

Magnificient location-Great Stay
Location of this property is unparalleled and made our stay unforgettable. House is showing some age but all issues addressed promptly. Plenty of sleeping spaces and great kitchen. Only regret is that we were not able to utilize garage spaces. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

A touch of paradise
Overlooking 17 Mile, the glistening Pacific waves, and Cypress Golf Course, our party of 10 comfortably set up home. The terrace looked brand new. Comfortable surroundings. Great value

Relaxing, private home with beautiful views in Pebble Beach.
The home exceeded our expectations. We had nine adults and one infant and the 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms gave us plenty of room. The views were spectacular and we could easily walk, jog and bike along the 17-mile drive. The kitchen appliances worked well and we also used the outdoor grill. All of the guests thought that the beds were comfortable. We highly recommend this vacation rental!

Nice stay
Wonderful location! The house is dated, but the location is great. Lots of beds. 8 adults fit comfortably. The grill does not work very well. There were very few items in the kitchen so plan to buy it all ie spices & condiments. The lock to the front door does not work very well.

Thank you so much for lettIng us know. We will be adding spices to the cupboards. When short term rentals were suspended last year, we cleaned everything out and the spices were an oversight. We are in process of installing a built in bbq island and the new one will hopefully be installed by weeks end. I’m so sorry it wasn’t ready for your stay. It is all about the view.
The view and the location on 17 Mike drive is amazing. The property is not so much. Space wise we were all very comfortable because we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. However, the property needs significant upgrading. Temperature control was an issue. The BBQ outside was very corroded. The water pressure in the showers was very bad. For the price we paid, hand soap in the bathrooms would have been nice. The windows were dirty and had handprints on them while we were trying to enjoy the view. Overall we were adequately satisfied with the property, but I expected much more for the price we paid.

It's the view!! Incredible view of the ocean from nearly every room.

The process was easy. We were informed adequately of what was expected to check in . But there was moldy food InThe refrigerator, not enough seats for all of us on living area, shower nozzles that malfunctioned and several rooms had no shelves or bureau drawers to allow us to unpack. View was spectacular but house was mediocre.

Family reunion
We had 11 family members stay for a week. The location is lovely and the house large and well decorated. Only minor complaints: more large serving pieces (platters, etc.) are needed to feed numerous guests, the cooking knives were dull, and a number of light bulbs were burned out or missing.

Family reunion.
Beautiful setting. A little crowded for a large group with small children. I noted that the interior photos of the property do not match the floor plan provided. The 370 sq ft family room (with ocean and golf course views) has been walled off / is inaccessible. Being used for storage by owner? Would have been nice to have the area for the small children. Could use more sitting areas / furniture upgrade. Otherwise house in good shape.

Beautiful home in Pebble Beach!
Our family of 14 had a wonderful reunion in this amazing home. The location and views were truly incredible. The boys golfed everyday and the girls enjoyed exploring lovely Carmel. The home was perfect for our family…very clean and well maintained. As others have mentioned, the views are everything! Communication with Jacci was always immediate and very easy. We enjoyed every moment in this beautiful home.

Perfect for Families
As every review has stated, the view is everything! House is large, open, clean and very dated. But that added to its retro charm. We had a view from everywhere and the pictures do not do it justice. Walking to beach was quick. Jacci was super easy to work with and our family including small children had a blast.

Wonderful stay all around! Check in was simple and home was clean and as expected... except the view was breathtaking. Host was super. Quick to respond and very helpful. I had asked for a pack and play and they had one set up when we got there along with a high chair and baby shampoo. Very thoughtful. Beautiful stay, wonderful host, unforgettable memories.

Overall a nice stay
The house has the most amazing views and it is located on the 17 mile drive. Walking distance to some amazing little white sand beaches. We had rainy weather and super cold, although spring time, but still managed to enjoy some beach time. Since the house is big enough, it had plenty of spaces for all to hang out. The only down side, in such bad weather was that the house had no entertaining materials, for adults or kids, like puzzles or any toys. TVs and the views were it. Overall, a nice trip, and Jacci is very accommodating and communicating with her is very easy. Thank you

This home could use some updating. Looks like it was decorated in the 70s but the amazing views make up for all of that. And the property manager responds within minutes every time you message her. One of the best parts was walking along with the guys when they played spyglass for four holes and then being able to just cut across a small grass area and walk 50 yards to the house. We had a great time and will definitely come back

Overall, just a fantastic experience and exactly as advertised. Property manager, Jacci, is incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Only "negative" on the house is that it's on the older side... floors and doors are very creaky when some people are sleeping and others are up early/late. Would definitely go back!!

What a lovely house in a lovely setting. Was the perfect spot and space to bring my family together to celebrate my 50th birthday! The views from every window are incredible. House was clean and well appointed, although could use some more large serving bowls and large plates/platters.

I'm not sure you can ask for a better location than this gem of a property. While a bit dated, it was very clean and functional for our family. It's really hard to find anything negative when you are staring at one of the most beautiful views in the world.

50th Anniversary
House was perfect. View spectacular. We all really enjoyed the location and the views of Cypress point Golf Club and the ocean. Kitchen was large and well stocked with dishes and utensils. Property manager responded instantly when we had a plumbing problem. Plumber showed up in under 15 minutes. Just a lovely place to stay and enjoy our 50th with our family.

Wonderful location. Spectacular views from 5 out of 6 bedrooms and the living room. Fully equipped kitchen and a grill outside. Property manger was so helpful and so quick to reply to our last minute rental. She saved our 40 year anniversary celebration after our original VRBO rental was evacuated.
