« Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. « It was clean and had just about everything we needed and more, we could have used a few extra bath towels. I would suggest to put in the description to future guests the number of steps (27) to get to the unit, so they can be prepared. The last flight of steps needs a handrail and overall better lighting after dark. It is in a very good location for getting to locall attractions from Houston to Galvaston. »
