We felt a little confused getting to the property because GPS was not accurate and we had to drive through the parking lot of a dog boarding business but there were signs that were helpful. « It said entire house, but it’s not. It’s the upstairs of a home. You can hear and smell everything from the main floor of the house. Mattress is terrible. Shower is terrible. Electrical is extension connected to extension, very dangerous. Outside is just as bad. You have to drive through a narrow alleyway riddled with potholes and debris. It’s a tight turn into the driveway. Narrow walkway to the entrance with a dangerously narrow stoop. Almost broke my ankle trying to maneuver into the house....

« Yes, Jennifer was great to work with. She answered all my questions I had about the house. The only thing that didn’t work out for us was the downstairs room for my mother. Since she is on dialysis she needed to be close up a bathroom and the bathroom downstairs was too far from the room for her to use.
