The owner was friendly and accommodated us when we had to extend our stay due to car trouble. There are several cool projects he's working on. We would definitely stay here again. »

« We absolutely loved our stay at Bigfoot Lodging Cottage #2 It’s a very authentic cabin in the woods experience. The original vintage wood interior and squeaky wood floors added a lot to the ambiance. Plenty of outdoor space for grilling steaks or making campfire s’mores. The grounds are fun and funky with lots of interesting things to see including a pond and creek. The family that runs it is warm and accommodating with a small store that sells drinks and snacks. « The location was perfect for us as we explored/adventured on Lake Shasta and in Lassen Volcanic National Park. It was also very quiet and peaceful. The unit had everything we needed, the bed was super comfy, and it was really clean. Check-in/out instructions were clear and very simple. I would definitely recommend this for visitors to this beautiful area who want to be off the beaten path. »

« There's so much good to say about our stay. The accommodations were gorgeous, and so much thought was put into every detail of the room, it was just gorgeous. The property itself was beautiful, and a nice place to hike. Lastly, the breakfast was perfect. They served rustic sheet pancakes which were fluffy and delicious with fruit baked into them. On the side was some honeydew melon and a scramble of polish sausage, onion and apple. Absolutely delicious. »
