"Many things about the property were not as promised. For example, the ice machine and washing machine did not work at all.
Communication with the host was opaque. They sent all Expedia messages as attachments. The checkout instructions were inaccurate.
I brought all issues to attention of the host but they never resolved any of them."

I arrived in Tulsa around 8 p.m. and went straight to dinner with friends. When I tried checking in around midnight, I couldn't access th apartment. That's when I discovered my reservation had been moved to a different building. Management said they'd called, but I'd been traveling all day and no voicemail was left.
