"Amazing stay at this HIE! Check in went smoothly, the male who checked me in was so nice, friendly, and offered me delicious cookies! He was great! The hotel is beautiful and looks new, very modern, spacious lobby and breakfast area, and those great new coffee machines! I was in room 406, with 2 queens, the beds were so comfortable, and have both firm and soft pillows. The room was modern, had a keurig, was spacious, and very nice! Only negative is the walls have some stains/marks, and could use a good scrub, and the tall light in corner by bed, the switch area was quite dirty. In the shower, I found the shower head to be a bit low and while water was hot, the water pressure could have been better. Also only 3 bath towels provided for a room that can accommodate 4 people. Breakfast was fantastic, it ends at 9:30am daily, which is great, and there was plenty to choose from! There was a pile of bacon, 2 types of eggs, 2 types of sausage, and lots of other items, although pancake machine was out of order. Plenty of tasty cinnamon rolls left too! This hotel was a fantastic value, was clean and modern, absolutely beautiful, and I really enjoyed my stay overall! Plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby and it is right off the highway and easy to get to! Plenty of parking too! "

"Everything was fine with room, cleanliness, comfy etc. Only issue we had were our room keys kept not working. Had to get them redone a few times and still one wouldn’t work. Bit of a hassle. "

"Pool was closed no water. Food for breakfast was terrible even at 7 am when breakfast started. Shower was disgusting soap left in the tub soap scum all over tub had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean it ourselves, tooth paste build up on mirror in bathroom used q tips on floor next to beds staff was rude and unprofessional. Over all terrible experience stains on sheets she's had marker all over them looked dirty."
