This time I went in low season and sent the hotel two emails one in February and one in April asking if there was any chance of a room with a sea view (knowing they would be quiet). I received no response to either message so tried verbally at check in to see if there was anything they could do for me to which I got a straight forward “no”. I asked a couple of days later if they could offer me a deal and was just offered the standard upgrade price of 900tb per day (an extra £20 per night) which put the daily price up to around £60 per day - sorry but you can book a much better hotel in Pattaya for this amount.
