Staff are very friendly and welcoming to me. Room was cleaned everyday plus your sheets.only one minor problem was there's four market stalls bars which played quite loud music till 2 am ish next to the hotel.but besides that it was ok. You're close to the beach and all amenities are close by.

Unpleasant people in Pattaya!
Rooms are very untidy particularly the CR,, Staffs are not so accomodating,we booked for a taxi for 7am in the morning and gave us a very late notice that it will come by 9am!! They even told us that were not heading to airport so its no big deal to for us to wait,, My goodness!!!

Terrible hotel, leaking broken aircon which never got fixed. Had to ask to have the room cleaned, usually having to wait over 2 hours. Wifi reception was even worse. Staff were rude and aggressive. Never again!!!

It's an old hotel so a bit dilapidated but it is very clean. The staff are very friendly. It is located in a great area for nightlife.
