I never felt so bad with the receptionist people whatever you ask you always receive a very rude answer. The maid service and front desk service is excellent. Rooms are fine and AC is always cold enough. While the hotel is getting older, rooms have been upgraded over the years. Great hot water but sometimes faucets leak. Good class of clients to hotel. Hotel is a good value for a basic room.
