« The property was beautiful, the rooms were nice and clean. The problem was with the TV. It stopped working and even though I was told they have 24/7 service to fix it, after 13 hours waiting, nobody came to fix it. Also, tried calling the front desk from outside the hotel and no one answered. Tried multiple times from my room and no one answered. You can't claim to be a 4 star hotel and provide no service to your guests. »

« This hotel is nicer than it appears in photos! Contemporary, with beautiful artwork and spacious rooms. Big bathroom with plenty of space.
Guest also have access to the hotel pool across the street, which had live music.
Staff was super helpful and friendly.
Appreciated the on-site parking and walk ability to nearby restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was perfect.
I wish we had more time to stay! Would highly recommend. »
