« Pool was wonderful, staff was friendly. A bathing suit was missing from my drawer after returning from in town I wouldn't mentioned it to staff but it's irreplaceable and felt violating so I did. They were nice but of course I left PR without it. Also if you get a room by the pool you will hear very very loud music into the night early morning. It was fine for us as we didn't mind but someone might it was like a stereo in the room on full blast. »

« La piscine est très petite, elle est située à l'ombre donc pas très chaude mais les enfants se sont bien amusé malgré tout. Hôtel très bruyant, cela faisait caisse de resonnance. Bruit de clients dans la nuit qui arrivent ou qui partent et à 4h du matin par le personnel de l'hotel qui mettent la TV à fond, qui parlent fort. C'est le seul point noir. Sinon l'accueil rien à redire très sympa. »

« Nous avons apprécié la vue exeptionnelle depuis notre chambre: la mer et la mangrove, les bateaux, le jardin fleuri. Chambre confortable avec terrasse privé, grande piscine. Le village de La Parguerra est très proche avec ses restaurants, ses bars , sa place où nous avons pu profiter des soirées musicales et dansantes chères aux Portoricains. Une belle adresse à recommander. »

"Le bar de l'hotel est joli mais c'est son seul point positif. Le personnel de la réception est inefficace, le seul wifi disponible dans tout l'hotel est à la réception et le signal est très faible. Le ménage n'a jamais été fait dans notre chambre pendant notre séjour de 3 nuits. L'hotel loue le patio intérieur presque tous les soirs (2 sur 3 dans notre cas) avec de la musique très forte qui vous empêchera de dormir jusqu'à minuit (plus tard lorsqu'il s'agit d'un mariage). La TV de la chambre ne marche pas et la clim très vieille est très bruyante. La literie est vieille et inconfortable et le wc fuyait. Enfin lorsqu'il y a des évènements dans l'hotel on vous annonce que le parking est plein et qu'il faut vous débrouiller pour trouver une place dans la rue."
