Wey rude front desk when my girlfriend returned after a day shopping. Another ID check was required and quite forceful about it.
The restaurant that may not be a part of the same company had great food and atmosphere, however a heated debate between the servers and the cashier over $4.00

The property had some wonderful old world charm in its style and decor, including a piano player in the open air lobby. The property is located in a good area to walk the many stores, restaurants/coffee houses, and places of history. We also had very nice massages done while we were there (which were part of our VIP experience) which was very pleasant.
