"Great location, clean, great food and bar.
Only negative was pool area was not explained as costing extra when we used it and at 12 euro per person, per visit was very steep for 45 mins of use.
Minor complaint and would still highly recommend. "
"The hotel was very pleasant with very good quality rooms and reasonably priced. There was a bath/shower in the rooms with comfy beds. The food was excellent (especially the evening meals) if you're a meat eater, with limited/moderate option choices if your diet is limited to vegetarian/non-meat eating.
The hotel is extremely close to the ski slopes with only a 5 minute walk to/from the hotel ski locker. There are individual lockers allocated to your rooms, however there are no ski boot drying...
"Great location for the slope but note check in is not until 4pm, check out 10am.
Overnight parking at a cost of €15 but worth it if it’s snowing hard.
Hot water in shower a little low in the late afternoon, early evening but hotter in the morning.
Very clean bedding.
Heating seems to be on a intermittent cycle so room got a little chilly at times but just put a few more clothes on. In the mountains after all!

"Right next to the chairlift and site office, with a large variety of restaurants and ski rental shops within the building complex. The room was just sufficient for us (2 adults and 2 kids) - the room on the top floor was nice with a separate bed in the attic. Reasonably quiet, as we asked, but rather noisy from 8pm until midnight. Staff could be more friendly (though they were efficient). Ask for parking arrangements in advance... "
"Staff excellent. Clean. Close to shops and ski lift. Typical mountain Hotel. Food buffet was good to. Good value for money Hotel.
If you had any problems itvwould be dealt with straight away.

"It has the necessary space for a family. Don't expect anything more than your basic needs, e.g. The kitchenette is adequate for preparing breakfast and simple meals."
"Absolutely terrible service. Despite having a booking and contacting via email in advance to advise of arrival, no response and no Reception upon arrival. Phone number given is in another country but is also not answered. Left walking around the streets of foreign country for several hours trying to ask locals for assistance.
Would never have expected this service and would not like it to happen to anyone else! "
"Good location and comparatively roomy apartment but snack bar and games room were closed, no breakfast available. Catering facilities in room were poor - 1 pot 1 frying pan + microwave. Hardly any crockery cutlery and glasses. Ok for two or three but no good for 4 or 5"

5/5 Excellent
"It was a great location, walking distances to sights of interest were short. Unfortunately, the thermostat didn't seem to work. Other than that, it was great."

"I was very impressed for the cost. The room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. The hotel was very authentic and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Very friendly staff. "
"Decent family room if you are used to ski resort sizes. Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. At least it was quite which makes a change for Andorran lodgings"
