For the price, the place is good but I found it difficult to work from the hotel since the wifi kept disconnecting and reconnecting often. Also they don’t keep some amenities like toothpaste in the bathroom but had it when we asked.

They need to invest in housekeeping. Cleaniness should be their top priority to keep customers from coming back. My room was a decent layout. Overall decor is nice. Now the only bad thing is just the upkeep of this place. The shower itself had rust on the drainage and it look like some of the water stay on the tub. Leaving a ring of rust on it. Gross me out seeing that. Now, having carpets is nice but when it gets wet it leaves an unpleasant odor. Why would they have carpets on a staircase. When people get wet on raining days and walk on it. Creating this terrible piss odor. Again gross. My room also had carpets and some area you can see stains and around the night stand it was completely dirty. Some kinda brown color and the carpets are blue, btw. But if you can look over all that. That staff is nice. They do provide basic breakfast. Which is nice. Parking on site.

The room was nothing out of the norm but clean. They were pretty full that weekend but replenished the included breakfast efficiently. Options were sausage, eggs, waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt, muffins, juices, coffee, cereal.

Our room already had damages upon arrive. The door did not left and was left unsecured. Then they told us they did not have enough wash clothes. Then one of the Staff was like they can wash one by hand . This is very unsanitary

Everything was fine for my stay but the hotel in general is a bit run down…rips on furniture etc. I was comfortable though and I slept well. The breakfast was good and the staff was efficient. It didn’t feel like the room was really clean. For a cheap hotel in Wayne, probably the best choice.

Checking in gave my ID. They still checked me in under someone else and I almost paid a $100 deposit under that person. When they gave me my paperwork to sign that's when I saw none of it was right wrong person. Names not even close. The light by the door when you 1st enter didn't work. One of the lights on side of the bed didn't work. The hair dryer was missing. The door handle to the room was loose it will eventually detach from the door. The parking lot was under construction. The door where I parked the lock was broken. You can definitely come and go without your key card. I asked for an hr late checkout and was told $10 every hr. Didn't know that was a thing

The property is very run down. The pool was shut down even though they say there is a pool. The halls smelled like pot and the doors to the parking lot had no locks on them. Anyone could walk in at all hours. While we were there the police had to come for a room was having a disturbance. We don’t know what was going on. Only one maid even said hello. Not the front desk or anyone else. The clerk was oh so helpful to tell me that there was no refund since we were leaving a day early for a better hotel. Keep the money and maybe put it towards updating your hotel. SHAME ON WYNDHAM. I don’t know why they purchased all the junky hotels and then did nothing to them.

The room was fine, had a bit of a smell of humidity. Bathrooms were not the nicest… for a one night stay it’s fine. The bathroom had a few mold spots and rust on the drain/ handle. The parking situation is great. Other than that staff was nice and the coffee was good.
