"this is a basic dormitory room with shared toilet, showers and kitchen, although not stated. It is more like a very expensive backpackers hostel and unreposnive staff/website with invalid numbers that even the booking company could not contact. It took two hours to get inside after the taxi ride. It was unsafe for vulnerable people."

"Is a bit smelly rooms and bot so clean. You check in on your own . There is no staff. So your not sure how to ask for towels etc etc. area is not bad . You could uber everywhere, businesses close . Groceries etc etc ."

"This place has a great location, but other than that, it is not worth it. The rooms are pretty small. The bathroom is smaller than those from a cruise. One person at a time. No signs outside with the name of the place. Make sure to remember the number. The AC is very weak and takes forever to cool down the room. Summers in Madrid are pretty hot. Again, for the price, there are a lot of other places better than this one."
