"Room was not clean, especially bathroom, the elevators were down and we were on the third floor. Staff was not trained and had no clue what they were doing. Not great at all."

"We booked this in the off season because it was so much less expensive than comparable rooms in Cedar City and weren’t disappointed in our choice. It’s a really cool lodge in a beautiful location. The room could use new carpet but on the whole was nice and clean. It was definitely worth the scenic drive there and back."

So many hotels are starting to cut corners on those little things, but Quality Inns are consistent in offering so many details - in-room coffee and tea, Kleenex, water cups, make-up remover, shampoo, soaps, lotion. Always a refrigerator, microwave, ice...! Full breakfast at this location! A few facility items on property need a little TLC. Great access to freeway and Cross Hollow Event Center. "
