« We had an amazing stay here! The house is absolutely beautiful, it’s so cozy and was the perfect place for our girls weekend! The area was also beautiful and had great areas to walk or hike. The host was so nice and communicated very quickly, they messaged a few hours before check in to let us know we could check in early if we wanted and was very understanding about an accident involving a shattered wine glass. Overall a great place to stay! »

« We loved this property! We enjoy the woods and found the home to be very cozy and comfortable. I also enjoyed the walking trails. Our only regret is not being able to spend more time to enjoy it. If we return to butler, we will definitely be seeing if this space is available again! The host is also very responsive! »

« The place was beautiful, clean and peaceful. My only suggestions would be to upgrade at least one bed to a queen for larger people. My stepdad is 6' "3" and had a bit of a hard time fitting in the bed. And some larger furniture in the sitting room. It really was a great place though and I will recommend it and may stay again myself if we go back to the area. »

« We loved the historical charm of this lovely old gem! We had plenty of room to spread out with our whole family and the pool table was a hit for all. Shelby was an excellent hostess that was very helpful when I had questions and was quick to respond. Should we need a place to stay in Butler area in the future, we will hands down stay here again :) »

« We were delightfully surprised by how quiet this location was. There was very little traffic on the gravel residential road to the house. We also enjoyed walking many miles on the Rails to Trails tunnel trail just a short walk from the property. The deck over the water was wonderful. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked with all we needed! Worth every penny! »

« A great weekend and pet friendly. The cabin is newly refurbished and is very clean, comfortable, and modern, with no musty cabin smell! Great communication with the property owner. We used the bar-b-que and fire pit and made for a nice relaxing evening around the fire. Easy river access for kayaking or fishing. »

This place is beautiful and the lake activities were great from fishing to kayaking to the paddle boat to time in the hot tub. We need that the day after!
