"I was traveling from Arizona back to DFW and this was a convenient place to stop for the night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had to get back on the road too early for the free breakfast the next morning. Both of the ladies at the front counter were very welcoming and friendly. Parking was ample and well lit. Overall a very affordable and convenient place to stay!"

At first, the room didn’t look obviously dirty, but there was a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. After spending time in the room, I started experiencing intense itching and what felt like pin-needle bites all over my body. Even after leaving, the symptoms continued, and I’ve had to seek medical attention to figure out what I was exposed to—likely from the mattress or room. Looking more closely, the condition of the room was unacceptable: Cracked and damaged ceiling Rust and grime on bathroom fixtures Stained, deteriorating walls Dirty microwave with food residue still inside This is not just about cleanliness—it’s a serious health concern. I did not receive the quality or safety I paid for. I have requested a refund due to these conditions and the impact this stay has had on my health. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until these issues are properly addressed. "
