Our suite or apartment was very well outfitted. The kitchen included many utensils, cooking pots & dishes and other things to make our stay go smoothly. The bedroom was separate from the living area allowing someone to happily sleep while activity continued in the main living area. It was too warm for the hot tub, but it was nice to have a balcony with a view. Parking under the building was easy with a passcode. The spot was a bit tight but manageable. The single item the room didn't have was a recycling bin. We left our recyclables in recyclable bags and hoped they would be processed properly.

Over all really liked the convenient location. Would have liked a small gym onsite. Biggest problem for us was that we were in Room 203 and the Master Bedroom windows had blinds on the lower level and not the top so we have full sunlight in early mornings. And during the night an ongoing "strobe" light went on and off from a building on Main Street and all night that came into our room all night and we could not sleep. I would not stay again unless the bedrooms had curtains.

This was a great location in DT Lake City; Local/farmers market was below the unit on Sunday; walked to shops, restaurants (check out Flanigan's, Annex Burger & Wasatch Brewery). Condo managers/company was VERY communicative and responsive. Balcony hot hub was excellent; beds comfortable. I would stay there again.

Carpet in bathrooms. Carpet was crusty just about everywhere. Ceiling in most places were disgusting or falling apart. Air vents were caked with dust showing it has not been cleaned in months. We left two days early to get out of this place.

Great location, easy ski in and out, great layout of rooms, kitchen was missing some main items and xfinity was not working on first floor. We were able to manage just fine. Cleaning crew should probably have a check list as these things and others were missed.

We loved the hot tub and the location. The fire alarm at 5 am was horrible--we couldn't sleep in the bed after that happened--thinking the alarm was going to go off again. It was a very great room, but we couldn't enjoy it--and it was our honeymoon! The manager didn't seem too apologetic about the alarm, either. We had to leave our hotel room into the cold for 20-30 minutes so early in the morning. The manager told us the machinery got wet, and that was what caused the alarm. It seemed like that was a regular occurrence, which would have been good to know. Being prepared for a blaring fire alarm at 5 in the morning would have been helpful. We would not have stayed there!

The staff was extremely friendly, the room was ready early which was amazing! Although; it was extremely loud (hard to sleep loud), the beds are extremely uncomfortable and the floors were dirty. The hot tub was nice and the room was overall large

Check-in was a frustrating experience - no one working the front desk, and no one would answer the number we were instructed to call. This was a 20 minute process. The unit we stayed in had a horrible smell emanating from the laundry closet in the main hall, the carpet in the bedroom had stains everywhere, the quilt on the bed was way overdue for a cleaning, and there was a mattress stored in the closet, leaving us unable to hang up our clothes. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, but I feel that we overpaid for what we got.

Our condo was very old and outdated although the floor plan was great. It had an odor in the air, the bed sheets, the sofa, etc. the carpets were stained and window blinds disheveled. A rocking chair in the unit had several broken parts. The sofa cushions tended to slide off the sofa. The decor was hideous.

Location was great. Liked the condo set up and the fact that they had semi maid service for towels and beds daily. No requirement to do dishes or clean and tidy up for guests. The place was dated and needed refreshing. The temp was difficult to regulate, and it was warm at night. I’m not sure if it truly had air conditioning or not, but since the bedroom was upstairs we needed some!

Could not get a better location on Main St!!
The location can’t get much better if you want to be walking distance to all action on Main Street. In the winter, the place offers free parking AND lockers for all your ski gear down in the parking area so you don’t have to lug it all into the room. There’s a huge jacuzzi on the deck as well. Just an ideal location for summer or winter. The unit is a little dated and has some wear BUT the bed is very comfortable, it’s cozy, very big and has a full kitchen stocked with everything you’d need. I’d absolutely stay here again!!!

Best Staycation spot!
We are obsessed with this spot! We stayed here for a little staycation and I’m so glad we chose this hotel. The room was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The hot tub is a nice extra especially at night! The staff was really nice and friendly. The location is perfect! It’s right on Main Street and just a quick walk to food or shopping. Will be staying here again for sure!

The location was fantastic. Loved the hot tub and view of main st and hill. Ski rental across street shopping in our building first floor. Ski storage steps away. Lift steps away. Just perfect. The room heat was always sooo hot even when we thought we had it on as low as can go. Slept with door open. Anything broken they came to fix. Huge room!

Great choice in Park city
The Caledonian is an extremely good choice if you want to be in historic Park City. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You are literally 20 feet from the town lift if you want to ski (it is not a high-speed lift though). Our unit had a six person hot tub on the balcony overlooking Main Street. It was the bomb. The condo was clean, but a bit worn when it came to carpeting and the venetian blinds. Otherwise I would give it five stars.

Poorly maintained and managed. No hint of comfort or luxury. No maintenance available for urgencies after dark. For example: my window wouldnt shut close with subzero temperatures outside. I had to sleep in those conditions despite having asked for assistance. I’m ill ever since. Smelled of sewer inside my unit. Water was leaking from around a light fixture. Door to balcony would not open. Poor water pressure. Old mattress: caves as you lay on it. Flimsy comforter. Towels: rough/old. Inexperienced and disinterested staff (of 3). $1,250.00/night

It saddens me that we did not provide a good experience for you. We don't want to settle for less than your satisfaction. It is clear that we failed you in multiple ways. Regarding your issues during your stay. With the window, I believe there was miss communication on our part. When brought to the front desks attention, It is my understanding we communicated that we did not have a maintenance employee on site. In the evenings we have a maintenance employee on call. I apologize if this was not communicated to you correctly. It is my understand the front desk was able to assist you with shutting the window. If that is not the case, I apologize. The leak, it was coming from a sink from the unit above your room. We were able to locate it was coming from the sink and asked the guest not to use it. I hope it was not too much of an inconvenience. Before guest arrive, we do inspections of room. The inspections are done by both my the front desk staff and my maintenance staff. When inspecting your room, both inspections did not have issues with the balcony door. When we found your door was not functioning, we called a lock smith and addressed the issues. I know you did not have access to your balcony for a couple days and i apologize it could not have been fixed sooner. After reading this review and talking with my staff about the water pressure. I inspected the room after your departure and found no issues with the water pressure. This is brought to our attention by guest frequently and we find that our guest do not understand they need to pull out on the shower bath tub handle. We apologize deeply for your experience.
