Our unit was exactly as advertised and in excellent condition. The 400 foot walk to the base of Orange Bubblegum Express is totally doable, though there are some stairs (maybe equivalent of \~two flights) so be advised about this if you don't like walking with your ski equipment though. On this point, the owner was fully transparent and offered multiple solutions should we not wish to walk (including rides to base offered in amenities). There are lots of families at the yotelpad and my kids had fun on the game room and pool meeting other kids. Hotel is modern style and in the mix of all the fun. The property was similar to hotel, The Yotel Pad was steps away from Canyons Village where anything you could need is within walking distance. Property is brand new and super clean. Robyn has provided everything you need for a great stay. 2 minute walk to village, gondola and people mover that takes you downhill to catch the free buses to Main St in Park City.
