In fact, we had to leave. Ants on the walls, and our room was on the sixth floor. The fan didn't work properly so there was no circulation in the room. If it wasn't 11pm when we arrived, we would have left immediately. We ended up with bug bites all over. The manager informed us this is a "Zero Star" hotel. Really? It's actually not a hotel at all; it's a hostel. There are shared bathrooms and showers on each floor. We did have an en suite but we had to rinse the buts out of the shower before using it. This was truly a bait and switch and at $280, this was unacceptable. Part of the blame is on Expedia - and I'm still waiting for my refund for the second night. Like many French hotels in the price range (mid) the room was small and there was no TV. Despite this, the room was immaculate, the staff was helpful, cordial and very professional. The area is perfect for seeing the sights and getting the feel of a real French neighborhood. En plus l’insonorisation est nulle.
