Le personnel de l'hôtel parle très peu français, ce n'est pas facile de se faire comprendre et visiblement le suivi des réservations est chaotique (on avait demandé une chambre avec lits jumeaux lors de notre arrivée, cela n'avait pas été pris en compte et plein d'autres choses... etc.). Au niveau confort c'est conforme ç ce qu'on peut s'attendre pour un 2 étoiles à paris. la situation est excellente, très proche de d'une des sorties du métro Place d'Italie. la chambre que j'avais n'était pas situé sur un axe passant, donc très silencieuse pour la soirée et la nuit. En revanche, très bruyante le matin car il y a une école en bas. Le personnel est très sympathique. La salle de bain est un peut petite (mais c'est classique pour ce genre d’établissement) et la douche est avec un rideau.
