Perfect for a Parisian getaway close to major sights like the Eiffel Tower, Sacré-Coeur, and the Louvre, reachable in 20-30 minutes on foot or by metro.  
  
This bright, modern studio on rue Pouchet in the 17th arrondissement is perfect for two people. It offers optimized space with a mezzanine bed and a comfortable sitting area with a bright yellow sofa. The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, extractor fan, washing machine and coffee machine. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we provide coffee pods, tea bags and a bottle of water on arrival.   
  
The bathroom features an elegant marble-style shower, creating a refined ambience. Soap and shower gel are also available.
