"Not being able to find a room anywhere, the proprietor agreed to stay way beyond their hours to accommodate me. All that with Charme and Grace very Late at night- almost into the wee hours. The lady could not have been more gracious. I'll recommend this Hotel to all my friends and anybody else in a heartbeat !! I'm glad I found that hotel, and I'll be back . Thank you Wolfgang Oeller"

"Der BIO-Pröfinghof ein Kleinod das man nicht vergisst. Die Wohnung wie im Internet dargestellt. Sehr schön, mit einer grossen Wohlfühlatmosphäre und einem wunderbaren Blick über die Apfelplantagen und nach Meran. Die Gastlichkeit der Familie Tappeiner, die tollen Tipps zum Wandern oder für die Genusswelt in der Nähe sind nur 3 der vielen Gründe (ich kann sie leider nicht alle aufzählen) die unseren Kurzurlaub zu einem besonderen und wunderschönen Erlebnis machten. "Das Appartement hat die 5/5 Sterne wirklich ohne Abzüge verdient. Bei uns hat von vorne bis hinten alles gestimmt. Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Lage ist super und wer gerne Saunen geht hat hier den perfekten Aufenthalt. Aber auch das Drumherum, wie der Service der Vermieter und die damit verbunden Angebote wie das Frühstück oder freie Schwimmbadeintritte machen den Aufenthalt zu einem wirklich schönen Urlaub."

"The valley that Hotel Rössl is located in is simply beautiful. The hotel was superb and the breakfast was excellent! Our room felt like two separate rooms. Beautiful views too!! It was clean, comfortable and resort-like. Very impressed. I cannot imagine anyone knocking a place like this. Staff were super friendly. "
