"This was the second year my husband and I booked this property for a long weekend getaway with our children/spouses and grandchildren. The property is an 1850 stone home that kept many of the antique elements in tact, such as some interior doors with unique orig hardware, yet all the needed modern amenities. "The kitchen could use a few cookie sheet type pans. The oven has only one rack which made it a little difficult to cook thanksgiving dinner. When the heat kicked on in the main bedroom, it made a very loud noise. The water pressure was very weak and not quite hot enough. The home is laid out nicely and is clean and comfortable. The patio was beautiful and the fire pit was great for toasting marshmallows. The view is incredible."
