« What a gem! Plenty of supplies and amenities from extra blankets and ample toilet paper to gel/alternative down pillows and a sleep sound machine! The co-host went above and beyond to take care of my family's needs. I can't express enough how happy we are to have found this home. We have to return later this year to the area and hopefully we're able to stay here. 10/10!!! »

« In this day and age when corporations/management companies buy up residences and manage them from afar, it's a breath of fresh air to have hosts who are right on site, offering real human interaction, that for me, helps make the stay a much more comfortable experience. Jenn and Dan were very attentive to my needs and also had suggestions for a place to walk to refresh my travel weary body. I enjoyed the tidy, well arranged apt. »

« Avoid This Place As a Choice member, I expect better than this dump. From the second I pulled in, it was bad news. The parking lot was a cratered mess full of potholes and cracks. Half the sign was ripped off the building, so the whole place looked like it was falling apart. Walked in past some sketchy guy smoking out front who turned out to be an employee. « When we arrived, I genuinely thought we were at the wrong location due to the condition of the shared front and back yards. The areas were littered with toys, trash, and various household items. I even recalibrated my GPS and drove around the block trying to find the correct place. First impressions mattered, and this was concerning, especially since I was unfamiliar with the area.Inside, there were multiple issues. « Hotels.com was refusing the “tonight’s” dates for reservations, forcing us to use Expedia. With same issue… finally as a system engineer I was able to figure out how to circumvent the bug after losing 1 hour. At the hotel the staff was smelling weed and was lost on the system…we lost another 20 minutes »
