"Location is great. Check in time is at 4pm and they don’t allow early check ins. We were there at 2:40 and were told to return. Staff who checked us in at 4pm were very helpful (different set of staff this time). The mineral pools feel refreshing after a long drive. There’s a big fire pit and tables in the common area which is great for dining and conversing with other guests. Carpet in the room can be improved. It has some musty smell. Limited restaurants in Carson but if you drive a little...

Surprisingly quiet in our room facing the river, even with highway so close. Comfortable bed, clean room, thoughtful amenities. Staff appreciative of us as guests and friendly. "The property manager was a kind, likable woman who gave this hotel a welcoming feeling. The hotel itself is simple, with fewer amenities ( no breakfast or river view) But it was clean and well cared for. For the price, it was the perfect place to land on our road trip. There is a Safeway grocery store right across the street, which was really handy as we stocked up there for the rest of our trip. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would also stay there again. "
