Beachfront Condo! West End PCB - Steps to the beach! Harbor Arms #6 - Dog Friendly

  • To ensure a wholesome family environment, we rent to **family groups only**

    Harbor Arms is a small two story Gulf Front Condo Complex that offers "Flats" on either the upper or lower level. Unit # 6 is a second floor flat with a balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Nicely decorated great room with vaulted ceilings and a view that is hard to beat. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The Master bedroom has a view of the gulf and a bath en suite. The other 2 bedrooms are spacious, each with their own bath. Additional features include cable TV, with 50' flat screen in Living area, 43" flat screens in 2 of the bedrooms, Free WIFI, washer & dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

    *There is LVP flooring installed throughout the unit to include bedrooms. No carpet. Updated photos coming soon!*

    PET FRIENDLY - 2 DOGS MAX
    Please be advised: the only area of beach where pets are allowed on the sand is the Dog Beach at Pier Park - approximately 1 mile from the property
