Located across the street from the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico with direct beach access via the tram service/pass-over bridge, this beautifully decorated villa lets you hit the beach and dive into local attractions, all while enjoying a quiet, 24-hour secured community. Turtle Dunes has all the comforts of home and sleeps up to 4 guests with a king bed in the Turtle Dunes Main Suite and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. This stunning ground floor villa decorated in a cool coastal style and is truly stunning. The open floor plan great room is where everyone will gather to watch the large screen tv with Roku HD Streaming, enjoy watching the pond, dining together, playing games at the dining table and making memories to last a lifetime! There is a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 guests and a matching love seat for plenty of seating. You'll love the calming coastal decor! Don't forget to bring your devices because Lux Speed WiFi is provided throughout the property!  
  
Step out on to your private covered patio for morning coffee and croissant or evening drinks. You'll enjoy watching the large pond right outside your villa. The patio has plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the views and it will put you in the mood for vacation!  
  
The kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The kitchen has all high end cabinetry and granite counter tops with plenty of light and modern black appliances. Your stack washer and dryer are located in the kitchen for your convenience.  
  
This villa boasts a tropical theme no matter what part of the condo you walk into. The Turtle Dunes Main Suite features a heavenly king sized bed with high thread count luxury bed linens and soft fluffy towels. You'll feel like your are sleeping on a cloud. In addition you'll love the large TV with Roku. There is direct patio access through the sliding door and great views from this lovely main suite. As you walk into your en-suite main bath you will find a walk-in closet large enough to fit all your things. After a long day at the beach enjoy soaking in the shower/tub combo and drying off with the fluffy high-quality bathroom towels.  
  
Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. There are plenty of pool lounges for relaxing by the pool. For an additional charge, you can rent a Select Pool Lounge Set or a poolside Cabana with all the luxury amenities. The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.  
  
Summer entertainment includes Beach Bonfires-Hermit Crab Races-Photo Scavenger Hunts-Beach Basketball-Beach Volleyball-Sound of the Conch Sunsets- Dive in Movies-Steel Drums- Poolside DJs-Karaoke-Polynesian Fire Dancers and more! There may be a charge for some events.  
  
The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located near the Villas. There are 10 lighted Plexi-cushion tennis courts, and a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf. #### Exactly What We Needed

The condo was perfect for our week long stay while attending a dance competition there on the Edgewater property. The convenience of being so close to the competition made our stay more enjoyable and a time saver. I was worried about it being too small or the pullout bed not working for my taller kiddos, but the main living area and bedroom were quite spacious. The pull out sofa fit both kids (5’3 and 5’5”) comfortably as well. Thank you for being exactly what we needed during our stay.
