Behind the Gates of WaterSound Beach is the luxurious retreat of ‘Tranquility On The Preserve’ with an expansive open floor plan perfect for hosting up to 18 guests, this vacation home creates an unforgettable atmosphere for family gatherings and celebrations.

The kitchen is a dream come true for culinary enthusiasts, showcasing stainless-steel appliances, a spacious commercial refrigerator/freezer, a gas range, an oversized island, a pot filler, recessed lighting, and a wet bar with a full-size wine cooler. In the adjoining living room, plush furnishings invite relaxation while guests enjoy a large mounted flat-screen television. This level also features the first primary suite, which boasts a luxurious king bed, a cozy in-suite coffee nook, large transom windows, and a stunning private bathroom adorned with exquisite wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling marble tile, a glass-enclosed shower, dual vanities, and a generous soaking tub.

Ascending to the second floor, you'll find four guest rooms that offer a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a secondary primary suite with soaring vaulted ceilings, a sumptuous king bed, a cozy sitting area with a sectional sofa and mounted TV, an additional coffee nook, and a spacious private bathroom. The third and fourth guest bedrooms each provide a queen bed and private bathroom, while the energetic bunk room delights with a large mounted television and two built-in queen-over-king bunk beds, plus its own private bathroom with a dual shower and contemporary trough sink.

For a private escape, the carriage house enhances your stay with a queen-size murphy bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a sectional sofa, a projector television with Apple TV, and a kitchenette equipped with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher, ensuring a sense of seclusion while remaining connected to the main house.

Outside, ample seating surrounds the pool and kitchen area, featuring a soothing waterfall and rain wall that create a tranquil ambiance. The outdoor dining area overlooks the pool, complemented by an overhead fan for comfort on warm days. The summer kitchen entices culinary talents with a grilling station and pizza oven.

Venture to the second-floor balcony, where numerous lounge chairs beckon you to soak in breathtaking views and follow the spiral staircase to discover the third-floor lounge area nestled among a canopy of treetops and reach beautiful heights from the observation tower which encompasses Gulf and Coastal Dune Lake views.

Watersound Vacation

We have been coming to Watersound as a family since 2017. This was by far our favorite home that we have stayed in. The house was spacious and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out. All the bedrooms were beautiful and no one felt that they were getting shorted. The younger of the kids enjoyed the huge bunk room and the teenagers found refuge in the carriage house. We loved our visit so much that we wished we could have extended to stay longer. We would rebook this home again in the future!
