Sleep 12, splash in your private heated pool, and bring the pup— we’re pet-friendly. Enjoy open living, a full chef’s kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and smart TVs. Outside, lounge poolside, grill dinner, and rinse off after a 3-minute drive to the sand. 4 bedrooms • 2.5 baths Parking for four cars Washer & dryer Easy self-check-in 5-minutes from 30A & Rosemary Beach Guest Access ✔ Full access to the house ✔ Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM ✔ Booking guest must be 25+ ✔ Virtual Check-in All guests will be asked to provide their email, and Sunset Luxury Properties will email you the Reservation Confirmation, which contains a link to confirm your reservation and agree to our Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions. Just so you know, the agreement must be e-signed within 72 hours of your reservation being paid in full. Once this is completed, your guest portal will be available to access and includes information about check-in, the rental, including address & more! Door codes will appear in the guest portal at 4:00 pm on the day of check-in. This home is PET FRIENDLY with an additional pet fee of $250 + tax. This covers up to 2 pets max. If you have more pets, please inquire for approval. Pet fees cannot be added on during the booking process and will be collected separately. The private pool is heatable for an additional fee of $65/day + tax. Pool Heat fees cannot be added on during the booking process and will be collected separately. Essential Things to know: After your reservation is booked, you will receive a link to our Guest Portal to confirm it. Here, you provide all contact information, add your additional guests, upload a photo of you holding your ID, and agree to our terms and conditions. You will have 72 hours to complete your confirmation. Failure to complete this within 72 hours of booking may result in cancellation of your reservation. STARTER SUPPLIES We supply the following items for your reservation; 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish soap, 3 dish pods and 1 sponge per kitchen. 3 laundry pods per w/d set, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 bar hand soap per sink. All bed and bath linens are provided along with beach towels. Guests are responsible for bringing/purchasing additional items if needed. 1) WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS or CHECKS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX only. 2) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for the construction. 3) MUST be 25 years of age or older to rent. No homes will be rented to students or singles under 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian who will be staying at home for the Rental Period. PAYMENT TERMS We require 50% of the rental total to be paid at time of booking. The remaining 50% payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you are booking within 60 days of arrival, 100% of the rental total is due at the time of booking. CANCELLATION POLICY Guests who cancel their reservation 60 days or more prior to the check-in day and are paid in full, will received a 50% refund of the rental total. Guests who cancel their reservation 60 days or more prior to the check-in day and only 50% of the rental has been paid, will receive NO refund. We had a wonderful stay at Sea Mist Chic. The house looks like the pictures with the exception of the back yard in which they now have 4 lounge chairs and a large outdoor dining table, which was more feasible for our family. The kitchen was stocked with all you need to cook and plenty of dishes for all of us (group of 10). Loved the outdoor shower for coming in from the beach to the pool. We had a hiccup early on with a couple things, but the management company responded quickly and did their best to fix stuff. They were very responsive. Additionally, they were accommodating, friendly, polite, and answered questions about the area. There is a Publix a few blocks up and about 10 mins away from Pier Park with every store you need. You do need to cross 30A to walk to the beach which would be tricky without a car, but luckily we didn’t need to walk. A very nice public access beach with parking was a 6 minute drive. Good location – not on the beach but close enough. And only a few miles from Rosemary Beach town and Alys Beach town which are definitely worth a visit. Property manager is top notch and went above & beyond. Centrally located, but out of the way just enough to stay out of the crazy traffic. Having a private pool & grill was one of our high priorities, so this property definitely checked those boxes.
