I messaged to see if the condo was ready after check in time and I was told no but when I went and checked the door code, it worked and the condo was clean already. We also were told we would get a parking pass left in the condo for us to use in our car and it was not there and we never got one. Only one outlet by the master bedroom bed on both sides of the bed worked. So you could not have the lamps plugged in and a phone charger at the same time. There was no overhead light attached to the fan in the master bedroom to use either so you could unplug the lamps. There was NO WiFi at this condo and there was also no cable (that we know of). We reached out about the cable to be able to watch TV and got no response. The tvs were all smart tvs but no internet available to use them. The day before we checked out, our door code just stopped working. We also had to use another families beach gate access code the entire time of our stay because our access code did not work the entire time we stayed (we reached out two different times and each time a new code given to us did not work).
